Rental Period

The first rental day lasts 24 hours from the hour the vehicle is picked up. The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle upon the expiry of the rental period, at the same hour the vehicle was initially collected, allowing a delay of up to 1 hour. In case of a delay longer than 1 hour, the Renter will be charged for an additional rental day.

Vehicle Pickup

The Renter collects the vehicle in technically sound condition, with a full fuel tank, and shall return it in the same condition as received—washed and cleaned inside and out, except for normal wear and tear—at the exact time and place specified in the Rental Agreement. By signing, the Renter confirms that they have received the vehicle documents, keys, and necessary equipment as stated in the contract. The Lessor is not responsible for any damage suffered by the Renter due to delays in vehicle delivery. If, for any reason, the vehicle requires special cleaning, the cost will be charged to the Renter. In case the Renter loses any of the documents, keys, license plates, or similar, they will be charged for the replacement costs according to the Lessor’s price list.

Renter’s Obligations

By signing this agreement, the Renter guarantees and accepts the following obligations:

• The vehicle may be driven only by persons over 21 years old holding a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years,

• The vehicle may only be driven by the person named as the Renter or the designated driver,

• The rented vehicle was received in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law,

• The Renter will return the rented vehicle at the place and within the period determined by this agreement, or earlier if requested by the Lessor,

• Any extension of the agreed rental period or other changes to the rental terms must be requested from the Lessor; otherwise, the Lessor is authorized to report the vehicle as missing,

• The Renter shall immediately stop driving if a malfunction occurs during the rental period and report the issue to the Lessor’s office,

• The vehicle will be used only for personal purposes and driven only by the Renter or the designated driver stated in the agreement,

• All traffic regulations will be observed.

The vehicle must not be driven in the following circumstances:

• Under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, narcotics, sleeping pills, or other drugs,

• For paid transportation of passengers or goods,

• Outside the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina without prior written consent from the Lessor,

• In sports competitions, speed trials, or races,

• For towing or pushing any vehicle or object,

• When the vehicle is not in a roadworthy condition or overloaded with passengers or luggage,

• In violation of legal regulations regarding the use, loading, or condition of the vehicle, or for any illegal purposes,

• For committing criminal, customs, or other offenses,

• For driver training.

The above restrictions are not mutually exclusive. Any costs or fines incurred due to violation of these restrictions will be charged to the Renter, regardless of any paid insurance. The Lessor’s liability is completely excluded.

The Renter collects and returns the vehicle with a full fuel tank. Otherwise, the Renter will be charged for the fuel refill according to the Lessor’s valid price list.

Rental Extension

If the Renter wishes to extend the rental, they must notify the Lessor at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered that the Renter has unlawfully retained the vehicle, and the Lessor will inform the relevant authorities.

Vehicle Maintenance

The Renter must handle the rented vehicle in a manner that prevents damage caused by negligence or carelessness and ensure that the vehicle is always properly locked and secured when left unattended, with windows closed, and that the vehicle documents are kept with the Renter. Vehicle documents must not be left inside the vehicle without supervision.

The Renter is obliged to regularly check the engine oil, coolant, battery, and tire pressure. The Renter must change the engine oil every 10,000 km exclusively at the Lessor’s service center. The Renter is responsible for any damage resulting from improper maintenance.

If the vehicle reaches the mileage for scheduled service during the rental period, the Renter must inform the Lessor and bring the vehicle to the Lessor’s authorized service center. Regular service performed elsewhere will not be charged to the Renter only if prior written approval was obtained from the Lessor.

Breakdowns

All repairs or part replacements may only be performed in the Lessor’s authorized service centers. Otherwise, the Renter will be held responsible for any resulting damage.

If any vehicle part is replaced or lost without authorization, the Renter will be charged three times the market value of that part.

In case of breakdowns caused by the Renter’s negligence or carelessness, all repair costs and lost profit will be borne by the Renter.

If the rented vehicle becomes inoperable due to a breakdown, the Renter must secure the vehicle against further damage and immediately notify the Lessor.

The Lessor is not responsible for any damage suffered by the Renter due to a breakdown during the rental period. Except for the changes stated above, the Renter is not authorized to make any other modifications to the vehicle.

Vehicle Insurance

All vehicles are insured for liability towards third parties.

Insurance does not cover:

• Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence,

• Theft if the Renter cannot provide the vehicle keys and documentation (especially the registration certificate),

• Any unreported damage or loss of the vehicle not recorded by the police,

• Tire damage,

• Damage to the vehicle’s undercarriage, gearbox, clutch, interior, or windshield caused by negligence,

• Engine damage due to lack of oil, use of incorrect fuel, or careless operation,

• Damage caused by a driver under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or similar substances,

• Damage caused by an unauthorized driver,

• Any damage not reported to the police.

In all such cases, the Renter will be charged the full amount of the vehicle’s value and lost profit resulting from the incident.

In case of any damage, accident, or theft, the Renter must immediately inform the Lessor and report the event to the police.

Passenger Insurance

For an additional daily fee, passengers are insured according to the insurance policy in the event of death or disability resulting from an accident involving the rented vehicle.

Damages

The Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle caused by intent, negligence, or violation of the contract and must compensate for all resulting damage and lost profit up to the full vehicle value, unless liability has been waived through additional insurance purchased according to the Lessor’s valid insurance price list.

Loss of Property

The Lessor is not responsible for loss or damage to the Renter’s or other persons’ property stored or transported in or on the rented vehicle, service vehicle, or Lessor’s premises. By signing this agreement, the Renter expressly waives any right to claim compensation from the Lessor for such loss or damage.

Sublease

The Renter is not permitted to sublease the rented vehicle without prior written authorization from the Lessor.

Payment

Upon signing the contract, the Renter must leave a security deposit according to the Lessor’s conditions.

Vehicles are rented at daily rates according to the valid price list, where one day equals a 24-hour period from contract signing. Payment is made by card unless otherwise approved by the Lessor. At the time of signing the Rental Agreement and collecting the vehicle, pre-authorization of the Renter’s credit card is mandatory. After the rental period, if payment was not made in advance, the Lessor will charge the rental and all related costs using the credit card authorization slip.

In addition to rental costs, the Renter must pay all other charges incurred according to the General Terms and the Lessor’s valid price list.

By signing this agreement, the Renter authorizes the Lessor to charge any repair costs, damages, or losses discovered within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned, as well as traffic fines, parking tickets, or other penalties incurred during the rental period, plus administrative fees, directly to the Renter’s credit card or other payment method.

Inspection and Vehicle Repossession

The Lessor has the right to inspect any vehicle at any time. If it is found that the Renter violates any provision of the Agreement, the Lessor has the right to repossess the vehicle immediately and terminate the Rental Agreement.

Personal Data

Copies of the Renter’s personal documents form part of the Rental Agreement.

The Renter provides personal data voluntarily, and such data will be used only for the Lessor’s purposes. The Renter authorizes the use of their data for the Lessor’s marketing activities. The Lessor may require the Renter to leave an original document during the rental period with prior consent.

Amendments

Any amendments to this Agreement are valid only in written form.

If any clause of these General Terms is invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the Agreement or the remaining terms.

Guarantees

By signing, the Renter unconditionally accepts the Lessor’s terms, guarantees compliance with the minimum age and driving requirements, confirms the accuracy of the provided data, and accepts the jurisdiction of the Court in Sarajevo in case of a legal dispute.

By signing the Rental Agreement, the Renter confirms agreement that the following parties are jointly responsible for all costs arising under the Rental Agreement:

• The Renter,

• The Driver – if the Renter refuses to pay in full or in part,

• The Additional Driver – if both the Renter and the Driver refuse to pay in full or in part.
