1. Who Can Rent a Vehicle?

To rent a car with us, you must meet the minimum age requirements and possess valid documentation.

  • Age Limit: Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driving Experience: You must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
  • Documentation: Upon pickup, you are required to present a valid ID or passport, along with your original driver’s license.

2. Rental Duration and Delays

One rental day is calculated as a 24-hour period starting from the moment the vehicle is picked up.

Pro Tip: If you plan to extend your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We offer a grace period of up to 60 minutes for returns—after that, an additional day may be charged.

3. Fuel and Maintenance

You will receive the vehicle with a full tank, and it should be returned the same way. Also, our cars are delivered clean and tidy, so we expect them to be returned in a similar condition (washed and vacuumed) so the next client can enjoy them immediately.

  • Routine Checks: For longer rentals, the client is responsible for checking oil and coolant levels, as well as tire pressure.

4. Insurance and Safety

All our vehicles are technically sound and fully insured. The rental price typically includes KASKO insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance. However, please note:

  • Insurance does not cover damages caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • In case of an accident, damage, or theft, it is mandatory to contact the police and our office immediately. Without an official police report, the insurance will not be valid.

5. Where Can You Drive?

Our vehicles are ready for travels throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you plan to travel abroad, please mention this during the booking process so we can provide the necessary documents (e.g., Green Card).
